Involved with Response Point since late 2006 in its early development cycle and with Windows Small Business Server since its inception in early 1997, Harry Brelsford just has a way of being there early and often to learn the latest technologies for small and medium (SMB) consultants and then writing a book about it.

Based on Bainbridge Island, WA, Harry has authored or coauthored 16 books over 10+ years in the SMB technology field, led numerous workshops in over 30 countries, and hosts annual multi-day conferences in the spring (New York area) and fall (Seattle).

He is the publisher of SMB PC magazine (35,000 circulation) and is a frequent speaker at other conferences including the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference.

Harry's day job is that of CEO of SMB Nation. This company is the economic entity that makes it all happen in the events and publications field. With his staff of seven, Harry and SMB Nation are devoted to helping SMB consultants make more money serving customers better with voice and data solutions.

Harry holds an MBA and BSBA from the University of Denver, plus numerous technical certifications, including MCSE, MCT, MCP, CNE, CLSE, and CNP. He is a proud title holder of the Microsoft Small Business Specialist Community (SBSC) designation and a former Windows Small Business Server Most Valuable Professional (MVP).

On the way up, Harry taught as an adjunct instructor at Seattle Pacific University and other universities for over 12 years where he developed a passion for helping his fellow technology peers.
