Relax Focus Succeed by Karl W. Palachuk
The premise of this book is simple but powerful: The fundamental keys to success are focus, hard work, and balance. Too often, the advice we receive gives plenty of attention to focus and hard work, but very little to balance.
This great little book will help you believe that you need balance, show you the power of focus, and help you move forward with the new you -- a happier, healthier, better balanced, and more successful you.

Who Should Read This Book?
This book is useful for everyone who seeks to be happier and more fulfilled. Individuals will find ways to bring harmony between the "roles" they play at home, at work, and in the community. Bosses and managers will find ways to motivate and inspire their workers.
Everyone will gain a better understanding of the linkages that exist between the various complicated aspects of our modern lives.
We each need a plan for our lives, but planning, scheming, and set-ting goals seems like just more work. In our busy lives we just don't have time to make time to do the things we know we need to do. It's like we don't have time to fix the roof because we're too busy mopping the floor.
In this little book you'll find the key ingredients you'll need to stop, sit down, and begin building a happier, healthier, more balanced and successful life.
There are no magic pills here. You have to do all the work. But the work doesn't have to be unpleasant at all. Everyone can and should work to have a more fulfilling and balanced life.
And this book will show you how to get started.

A Bifurcated Guy: Karl leads two lives, in a sense. One is the business owner for a few companies in Sacramento, California. The other is a trainer in the philosophy of Relax Focus Succeed®. Doing this successfully takes balance, which seems appropriate.
Trainer: Karl has been teaching in some form or other since 1983 when he became a teaching assistant at the University of Michigan. He taught college for ten years. These days he puts on seminars for Relax Focus Succeed ® as well as business consulting and technical trainings.
